What are the most common questions people ask about your treatments?

Most questions revolve around availability for appointments and understanding which treatments are best suited for individual needs.

What should I know about booking an appointment or preparing for my first visit?
Booking your first appointment with me is really simple. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, you don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand. Your first visit is about getting to know you, talking through what you would like to achieve and making sure any treatment is suitable for you. I’ll explain everything clearly, answer any questions and make sure you never feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. For some aesthetic treatments, a consultation will be needed before treatment, and anti-wrinkle treatments will also require a consultation with a prescriber. If you’re booking a lash lift or any tinting treatment, you’ll also need to have the required patch test before your appointment. I’ll let you know when this needs to be done when you book. Most importantly, just come as you are — Wild Wisteria is a friendly, welcoming space where I want you to feel comfortable, listened to and completely at ease.

Are there any important things I should know about aftercare for treatments, or what kind of results I can expect?
After every treatment, I’ll provide you with clear aftercare advice explaining what you should and shouldn’t do following your treatment. I’ll talk everything through with you before you leave so you know what to expect, how to look after the treated area and anything you may need to avoid. You’ll also be given an aftercare card to take home with you, so you have all the important information to refer back to. Following your aftercare advice is an important part of getting the best from your treatment and helping everything heal and settle as it should.
